【食譜】全素花生醬燕麥穀片 (無麵粉) Vegan Peanut Butter Granola (Gluten-Free)

我是個非常愛花生醬的人,前陣子吃完燕麥穀片後,就把腦筋動到花生醬的身上,做了這個 全素花生醬燕麥穀片,做完一吃整個愛上,也讓它成為 抹茶燕麥穀片 後的穀片新歡。

這個穀片也是純素的,無蛋無奶,也沒有麵粉和精緻糖;因為加了花生醬這一樣油脂豐富的堅果醬,所以油量也有減少,且也只加了一大匙椰糖漿來提整體的甜香氣息。

搭配的堅果是杏仁果,另外還有加南瓜籽與我非常愛的黑芝麻,烘烤快完成時就覺得那香氣真的太迷人了! 另外我這次還加了壓碎的香蕉脆片,最後還拌入蔓越莓乾,豐富整體口感。脆脆的香蕉碎裹上薄薄的花生醬真的好對味!

製作燕麥穀片的步驟非常簡單快速,只需要切一切、攪一攪、拌一拌就可以送入烤箱了。

烘烤出來的花生燕麥穀片是呈我喜歡、帶有深度的烤棕金色。蔓越莓乾是在最後才拌入的喔。

我喜歡拿這款花生燕麥穀片來搭 豆漿優格,吃的時候再加上一點蜂蜜就是人間美味!

全素花生醬燕麥穀片 (無麵粉)
Vegan Peanut Butter Granola (Gluten-Free)


  • 食材  (約 500 ml)
    • 傳統燕麥片 80 g
    • 椰蓉 1 Tbs
    • 南瓜籽 2 Tbs (20 g)
    • 黑芝麻 1 Tbs
    • 杏仁粒 2 Tbs (25 g)
    • 香蕉脆片, 壓碎 2 Tbs (16 g)
    • 鹽 1 小撮
    • 花生醬 2 Tbs
    • 肉桂粉 1/4 tsp
    • 椰糖漿 或 楓糖漿 1 Tbs
    • 椰子油 1 Tbs, 若成固態就融化使用
    • 蔓越莓乾 2 – 3 Tbs
  • Ingredients (yield: 500 ml)
    • 80 g rolled oats
    • 1 Tbs desiccated coconut
    • 2 Tbs (20 g) pumpkin seeds
    • 1 Tbs black sesame seeds
    • 2 Tbs (25 g) whole almonds
    • 2 Tbs (16 g) banana chips, crushed
    • pinch of salt
    • 2 Tbs peanut butter
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 Tbs palm syrup or maple syrup
    • 1 Tbs coconut oil, melted if solid
    • 2 – 3 Tbs dried cranberries

  • 準備工作 Preparation:
    • 食材秤量好
    • 烤箱以 170°C 預熱
    • Measure all ingredients.
    • Preheat the oven at 170°C

  • 作法/步驟:
    1. 將杏仁果大略切碎,再與燕麥片、椰蓉、南瓜籽、黑芝麻、香蕉脆片,及鹽放到攪拌盆中,大略混合
    2. 於另一小碗中,將花生醬、肉桂粉、椰糖漿與椰子油混合均勻
    3. 將溼料倒入乾料盆中,用刮刀混合均勻
    4. 烤盤上鋪烤紙或烤墊,將再混合物盡量平鋪於烤盤上,以 170°C 烘烤 20 – 25 分鐘,烘烤至聞到香氣,且整體微金棕色,中間每 10 分鐘取出稍微翻拌一下,使整體烘烤均勻
    5. 烘烤完成後,讓它留在烤箱裡 10 分鐘,再取出,加入蔓越莓乾混合均勻放涼即可
  • Directions:
    1. Roughly chop the almonds and mix them with rolled oats, desiccated coconut, black sesame seeds, banana chips, and salt.
    2. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, cinnamon, palm syrup and coconut oil.
    3. Pour the wet ingredients to the dried ones. Stir to combine.
    4. Line the baking sheets. Spread the granola mixture onto the baking tray. Bake at 170 °C for 20 – 25 minutes until they are golden brown and your kitchen smells amazing. Take out the stir the granola every 10 minutes to make sure they are baked evenly.
    5. After finishing the baking, leave them in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take out and stir in the dried cranberries. Move onto a wire rack to cool down then they are ready to be enjoyed.
