Ingredients
⅓pomelo 柚子only the "meat" part 僅果肉
480mlwater 水2 cups, divided 平分
½+¼tspagar agar powder 洋菜粉
1Tbsplime juice 萊姆汁
3Tbspsugar 糖I use rock sugar and ground it in my blender first 我是用調理機打碎的冰糖粉
Instructions
Add the pomelo meat and 240 ml (1 cup) water to a blender and blend until smooth.
In a pot, add the left 240 ml (1 cup) of water and the agar agar powder, mix to combine. Then add the pomelo juice and the rest ingredients.
Mix all together and cook it and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes then turn off the heat.
While the mixture is hot, pour it into serving cups or any containers of your choice.
Let it cool down and then place into the fridge for at least 4 hours to set up. Serve with additional toppings if you like.
