170gcooked chickpea 煮熟鷹嘴豆
45mlaquafaba 鷹嘴豆水see Note*
2 - 5clovesroasted garlic 烤過的蒜頭add less or more to your liking 依個人喜好調整
1tbsplime juice or lemon juice 萊姆汁 或 檸檬汁
1tbsptahini 中東白芝麻醬
1/4tsp salt 鹽taste & add more if feel needed 試味道可再增加
1/8tspground cumin 孜然粉
1/16 - 1/8tspground black pepper 黑胡椒粉
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor (directly squeeze the garlic cloves to the processor container will be easier), and process until smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
Taste and add more salt, cumin, black pepper, or lime juice to your taste.
Transfer the mixer into a bowl or a jar. You can sprinkle some coarse ground black pepper and paprika to decorate when serving.
