Ingredients
120mlwater 水
15gcanola oil 芥花籽油
0.5tspsalt 鹽
1Tbssugar (I use coconut sugar) 糖 (我用椰糖)
1tsppowdered milk 奶粉
100gwhole wheat flour 全麥麵粉
100gbread flour 高筋麵粉
50ggrains (I use a mix of nuts and seeds) 雜糧 (我混合不同的堅果與種籽)
2tspinstant yeast 速發酵母粉
Instructions
Place water and oil in a mixing bowl or the bread tin.
Add salt and sugar. Then add powdered milk and flour.
Add grains.
Then finally add the instant yeast.
Place the bread tin in the machine and close the lid. Set up the schedule, weight, etc. Press start and let the machine do the work.
When the baking is finished, remove the bread from the tin onto a wire rack to cool down completely before slicing.

Notes
You can use unsalted butter to replace oil. Just add them right after water. 也可以用無鹽奶油取代植物油,在加完水之後再放入即可。
