Ingredients
1/2cupcooked chickpeas 煮熟鷹嘴豆~90 g
3sun-dried tomatoes 風乾蕃茄I use 2 dried + 1 in oil cus I don't want it too oily
2-5roasted garlic cloves 烤過的蒜瓣raw if preferred 生的也可以
Add all ingredient to a food processor or blender to blend until smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
Taste to add more salt, pepper, lemon juice, or tahini to your liking. If you have time, let it sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours, which seems to make it tastier in my opinion.
I will recommend to use a blender if your food processor is not very good at pureeing. I first use my Kitchenaid mini food processor but it didn't work well, so I changed to use my Magimix.
