Add the pitted dates to a food processor and roughly chop them.
Add the rolled oats, almonds, cacao powder, cacao nibs, and salt. Continue to process until all mixed evenly. The mixture should start to stick together if you press them between your fingers. If the mixture is too dry, add a dash of water to help binding.
Transfer the mixture into a big ball. Use a fork to mix a little to check the mixture is even.
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to make a ball shape. Repeat to use out all mixture.
You can eat them right after you finish all. I personally like to place them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to enjoy.
