Ingredients
180mlwater or milk水 or 牛奶
3/4tspsalt 鹽
2Tbssugar 糖
20gunsalted butter 無鹽奶油
1Tbspowdered milk 奶粉
250gbread flour 高筋麵粉
1/2tspinstant yeast 速發酵母粉
Instructions
Pour water into the bread tin.
Add butter.
Add sugar and salt.
The following are bread flour and powdered milk.
Then finally add the instant yeast.
Place the bread tin in the machine and close the lid. Set up the schedule, weight etc. Press start and let the machine do the work.
When the baking is finished, remove the bread from the tin onto a wire rack to cool down completely before slicing.

糖的部份我是使用二號砂糖,也可以使用一般砂糖或是椰糖。 The sugar I use is b-grade white sugar, which can be replaced by regular white sugar or coconut sugar.
