Add the douhua powder and the water to a deep pot. Mix well to combine.
Heat the soy milk to 85°C.
Once the soy milk reaches 85°C, pour it from high above into the powder-water mixture. Place the lid on and let it sit for 40-60 minutes to set up.
Once the douhua is set, you can enjoy it right away or refrigerate it until it's cold. Top with soy milk, cooked sweet peanuts, or any toppings you like.
