It only requires 3 ingredients and is easy to make without an ice cream maker. I also share some tips to accelerate the whole process so you could enjoy the mango sorbet as soon as possible!

300gfrozen mango chunks 冷凍芒果塊
lemon juice or lime juice 檸檬汁from half a small fresh lime ½ 小顆新鮮萊姆
30-35ggranulated sugar 顆粒砂糖Add more if you prefer a sweeter version
Add the water and sugar to a small pot over medium heat. Gently move the pot a little to let the sugar dissolve. Bring it to a boil for 30-60 seconds then turn off the heat.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Use a tamper to help to blend if you have one. (I use a 32oz blender container with its tamper)
You can enjoy the sorbet as soft-served ice cream like that or transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hour to let it firm up more.
