Ingredients
0.9rice cup10-grain rice 十穀米soak in 1 rice cup (180ml) for 1 hours if you have time 若有時間,先與 1 米杯水浸泡 1 小時
1smallcarrot 胡蘿蔔diced 切丁
1/2smallonion 洋蔥diced 切丁
2Tbspgreen beans 四季豆
2TbspEnglish peas 豌豆
1/2Tbspsoy sauce 醬油
For the sauce 調醬
1tsprice vinegar 米醋
1tsptoasted sesame oil 白芝麻油
Ahintground white pepper 白胡椒粉
1small pieceginger 薑minced 切末
Asmall handfulspring onion, chopped 蔥花
Optional topping 非必要配料
Asmall handfultoasted cashews 烤熟腰果
Instructions
傳統電鍋外鍋放 1 杯米杯,小內鍋放十穀米與 1 米杯的水,切下開關煮。應該會煮約 15 分鐘
煮米飯時,另一頭將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、四季豆與豌豆用爐火蒸熟
取一小碗,放入調味醬汁所有食材,攪拌混合均勻
待米飯煮好,不開蓋,讓它燜 10 分鐘,再開蓋鬆飯
之後加入蒸熟洋蔥、蘿蔔、豆類,還有調醬,混拌均勻即可享用。可視個人喜好可再加上烤熟腰果或白芝麻

If using a traditional rice cooker, add a rice cup (180ml) water to the outer pot. Then place the soaked rice (keep the soaking water) into the cooker to cook. It should take about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, steam or stir-fry the chopped onion, carrot, green beans, and pea.
Grab a small bowl. Add all sauce ingredients and mix together.
Once the rice is cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes before opening the lid. Loosen the rice with chopsticks or a fork.
Then add the cooked onion, carrot, beans, and the sauce to the rice. Mix all together and it's ready to be enjoyed. You can add a handful of toasted cashews or white sesame seeds if you want.
