Instructions
取一個

或兩個

的密封罐,放入燕麥片、奇亞籽粉、十穀粉、飲用水、楓糖漿,攪拌混合均勻
蓋上蓋子,放入冰箱冷藏一晚
隔天取出,加上黑芝麻醬、香蕉切片,或其它你喜歡的配料即可
