I notice Carman's a while ago when I was browsing for new granola. I really wanna eat the "Cranberry & Chocolate" flavor, which is said to be "exclusive" in Taiwan. It's not cheap enough to let me open my money bag but I still keep this in mind for a long time. Then suddenly I thought... why not make it to myself?
2Tbsnatural sweetener (I use coconut sugar) 天然液態糖漿(我用椰糖漿)
15gdried cranberries 蔓越莓乾*
Instructions
Place the oats, puffed rice or grains, nuts, cacao, salt, cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Then add the coconut oil and syrup. Mix well.
Place them onto a lined baking tray and even them out. Place into the oven to bake for first 10 minutes, then take gently mix them to get all ingredients baked evenly. Then for another 10-15 minutes. Take them out and cool on a wire rack.
Then add the dried cranberries and mix well. Store in the air-tight container. It can last up to 1 month.
*Coconut oil can be replaced by other plain-flavor oil.*Roughly chop the dried cranberries first if they are too big.*椰子油也可用其它淡味道的植物油替代*若蔓越莓乾偏大,可以先大略先碎
