Twist the probiotic capsules and add the powder inside into the soy milk. Use a clean spoon to mix in the powder until no powdery stuff can be seen.
Place the lid on and place the jar into a yogurt maker for 7-9 hours. The temperature will be different due to the original temperature of the soymilk. Once you find the soymilk has turned into a more solid form, remove the jar from the yogurt maker.
Let it sit on the counter for a while to cool down before storing in the fridge. Enjoy it with berries, jams, nut butter (homemade nut butter), granola, maple syrup, or other things you like.
