將豆腐水份瀝乾

中攪打混合均勻至滑順,視情況停下來做刮杯的動作
將混合物倒入
密封罐
中,放進冰箱冷藏 6 小時或冰一晚,取出即可享用
English Version
Drain out the excess water of the tofu.
Add all ingredients (black sesame paste, silken tofu,
coconut oil
, coconut milk,

) to a
food processor
or a
high-speed blender
to blend until smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
Transfer the mixture into an air-tight container. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy right from the fridge.
