雖然乳酪蛋糕的餅乾底像是個配角,但我覺得它對一個美味的重乳酪蛋糕來說很重要。

之前都是用手打的方式製作餅乾底,前些日子入手了想買很久的食物調理機,就用食物調理機來製作摟。

 

For me, the cookies base plays a important role in a cheesecake. It is really simple to make. You can make by your work or by a food processor.

This video shows you how to make one with a food processor for a 6 inch cake. If you do not have a food processor, click here for no-processor way.

乳酪蛋糕餅乾底
The Cookies Base (for Cheesecake)

.食材 Ingredients:(for a 6″ cake)

消化餅乾     Digestive Biscuit           80g
無鹽奶油      Unsalted Butter           28g

.Steps:
1.Melt the butter (by microwave or stovetop).
2.Roughly crush the biscuits/cookies and put it into the food processor.
3.Put the lid on and turn on the food processor to ground the bisuits until until they’re fine.
4.Add the melted butter into the fined cookies crumbs.
5.blend them again until they all combined together.
6.Put the mixture into your mold and press evenly with a spatula, the bottom of a cup, or your hand.
