記得一年多前,接觸甜點的開始,生巧克力 是最想做的前幾名,因為自己真的好愛好愛巧克力,更愛那化口又濃郁的感覺。

I remember that when I first entered the patisserie world about a year ago, raw chocolate was within the top position on my “must have to do” dessert list.

Because I really, really, really love chocolate. It just melts in your mouth and give out a rich flavor that, in my opinion, no other thing can beat.

生巧克力
Raw Chocolate

.食材 Ingredients

*優質巧克力 good quality chocolate 100g
動物性鮮奶油 whipping cream 50g
無糖可可粉 unsweeten cocoa powder 適量

PS.
*此次使用的巧克力為Valrhona 法芙娜 瓜納拉70%
I use Valrhona 70%Guanaja.
