【食譜+實作影片】粉紅佳人甜菜根蔬果昔 (全素) Pink Beet Smoothie (Vegan)

最近已經開始感覺到夏季的招呼,氣溫超過 30 度真的就會想喝點冰涼的果昔舒爽一下。手邊還有先前買的甜菜根,這次就用它打了杯 粉紅佳人甜菜根蔬果昔!

會將它命名為「粉紅佳人」,主要就是因為它有著亮麗的粉色外表,而這粉紅外表的主因就是來自於甜菜根。

甜菜根是我約一年半前才認識的根莖類蔬菜,有著紅內餡的它富含維生素與抗氧化物,而且有著天然的甜味。這陣子又開始在市場看到它,就會忍不住買一顆回家。

甜菜根可以生食,也可以做成料理,像我是先前煮過的甜菜根濃湯;至於延伸到甜點類也是可以,但… 我目前還在研究!

這種蔬果昔製作方式都很簡單,就是全部放入調理機攪打混合均勻就可以了!  重點是在比例,所以我大多都是邊打、邊試味道,調整到自己喜歡的滋味與口感,而這杯包含了蔬菜與水果的甜菜根蔬果昔就是!

準備加上製作時間不用 10 分鐘,就可以享用一杯濃稠、美味又營養的蔬果昔!

粉紅佳人甜菜根蔬果昔 (全素)
Pink Beet Smoothie (Vegan)


  • 食材 :(約 1 人份)
    • 甜菜根, 去皮切塊 80 g
    • 小黃瓜 30 g
    • 紅蘿蔔 30 g
    • 萊姆汁(綠檸檬汁) or 檸檬汁 2 tsp
    • 冷凍蘋果, 切塊 60 g
    • 冷凍鳳梨, 切塊 30 g
    • 冷凍香蕉 40 g (約 1/2 小根)
    • 新鮮鳳梨汁 2 Tbs (註*)
    • 飲用水 60 ml
  • Ingredients:(Serves: 1)
    • 80 g beet, peeled and cut into wedges
    • 30 g small cucumber
    • 30 g carrots
    • 2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
    • 60 g frozen chopped apples
    • 30 g frozen chopped pineapples
    • 40 g frozen bananas
    • 2 Tbs pineapple juice*
    • 60 ml drinking water

  • 準備工作 Preparation:
    • 食材秤量好
    • Measure all ingredients.

  • 作法/步驟:
    1. 將小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔大略切塊
    2. 將全部的食材放入食物調理機中攪打混合至滑順即可享用
  • Directions:
    1. Roughly chop the cucumber and carrots.
    2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

      • *鳳梨汁:我是用切新鮮鳳梨時流出來的汁液,若沒有也可以用水替代
      • 我使用部份冷凍水果切塊是打出來時能微冰、更順口,若使用非冷凍的,可將用冰塊取代
      • 剩下的密封冷藏保存,約可放 2 天
      • 其它飲品食譜:自製核桃奶木瓜牛奶 (無加糖)蘋果香蕉牛奶

      • *Pineapple juice: I use the juice left from cutting the fresh pineapple. Use water instead if you don’t have the juice.
      • I use frozen fruit to make it a little bit icy. If you use fresh fruit, use ice cubes to replace water.
      • Store the leftover in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2 days.

  • 80 g 甜菜根 去皮切塊
  • 30 g 小黃瓜 30 g
  • 30 g 紅蘿蔔 30 g
  • 2 tsp 萊姆汁 or 檸檬汁
