In a food processor, add the pitted dates. Blitz the dates until they are chopped into small pieces.
Add the rolled oats, walnuts, desiccated coconut, and cacao powder. Continue to chop the ingredients.
Add the nut butter, melted cacao butter, orange zest, and fresh orange juice, and salt. Process again to bring all ingredients together. Scrap down the sides as needed.
Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and roll it between your palms to shape it into a ball. Place it on the plate. Repeat to use up all mixture.
Roll the balls in extra desiccated coconut.
Enjoy them directly or put them fridge for 15 minutes to set up a little.

Storage: Store in the fridge for 1 week or 3 weeks in the freezer.
