Ingredients
1mediumbanana 香蕉
45g (½ cup)rolled oats 傳統燕麥片
120ml (½ cup)unsweetened soy milk 無糖豆漿or other plant milk of choice
2tspmaple syrup 楓糖漿
1Tbsppeanut butter 花生醬
Instructions
Divide the banana in half. Chop one half into small chunks. Slice the other half.
In a jar, add the rolled oats, soy milk, maple syrup, and banana chunks. Mix all together.
Add the sliced bananas. Drizzle the peanut butter on top. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 4 hours.
