Do you love granola or muesli? I love both! Here are my 10 must-try vegan granola recipes for you to try throughout the year!
If you know me well, you know that I adore granola like nothing else. (My love toward peanut butter chocolate is at another level.)
Granola is one of the easiest things to make at home. And it’s can be pretty fancy to the minimalist style. It’s also really pantry-friendly with less than 6 ingredients.
Most granola recipes are pretty customizable, but it’s always a good idea to follow the recipes so you can be at a lower risk of making something unexpected.
Here I list out my 10 Granola Recipes that I truly love and always make. The flavor is really diverse so I think you could find your loved ones. 🙂

1. Naturally Sweetened Granola
This granola is super wholesome with the sweetness from the dates and nutrients from the oats and nuts. It’s pretty customizable with the choice of nuts and seeds. The size of the clusters can be decided by you as well.

2. Chunky Chocolate Coconut Granola
If you’re tired of traditional granola or sensitive to nuts, this is the one for you to try it out. This Chocolate Coconut Granola is made without any oats and nuts. It’s super crunchy and chocolatey thanks to the coconut flakes and cocoa powder.

This Stovetop Granola is perfect for my busy/lazy friends. It’s made with 6 ingredients and it will take you less than 10 minutes! Super great for breakfast with some plant milk or yogurt for snack.

8. Soy Okara Granola
Do you have a lot of okara left from making soymilk? Put them into this Okara Granola! They are super high in protein and fiber. And it’s a great way to cut down waste.
