全素巧克力香蕉冰淇淋 (2 樣食材) 2-Ingredients Vegan Chocolate Nice Cream

我是個很愛吃冰淇淋/霜淇淋的人,常常嘴饞就買一隻霜淇淋來吃,但是外頭大部份的霜淇淋對我來說都偏甜,而且誠實面對它的食材,想到裡頭鮮奶油和油脂的含量總會覺得有罪惡感。而在好一陣子前,在 YouTube 上看到有人分享很特別、只用一種食材做冰淇淋的辦法,那樣食材就是我個人也很愛吃的香蕉!

2-Ingredients Vegan Chocolate Nice Cream

這種單純用香蕉製成的冰淇淋英文是叫 Nice Cream,目前好像還沒有明確的中文名字,就直接叫它香蕉冰淇淋吧! 至今我已經做過滿多次這個Nice Cream了,而這個冰淇淋也可以像一般冰淇淋一樣有口味變化,而目前我最愛的就是個 巧克力香蕉冰淇淋 !

這個冰淇淋可以馬上做馬上吃,口感會偏軟、化口,如果喜歡吃紮實口感,可以放到冷凍庫冷凍1~2小時。

這個巧克力香蕉冰淇淋真的算是愛巧克力又愛冰淇淋的我的大聖人,吃起來滿足,罪惡感也大大的降低~!

This nice cream can be eaten right after finished for a smooth and creamy texture, or you can freeze it for 1-2 hours for more solid and harder mouth-feel. This chocolate nice cream is really a saint for people who is kind of additive to both chocolate and ice cream, like me.

完成後,我喜歡搭配一些核桃碎吃,豐富口感外,也多了一點堅果的香氣與滋味。希望成品也讓你滿意!

I like to add some crushed walnuts on top to enrich the texture as well as the flavor. I really love the nutty flavor of walnuts! Hope you enjoy it as I do!

巧克力香蕉冰淇淋 (兩種食材搞定)
Chocolate Nice Cream (2-ingredients)


  • 食材 Ingredients: (Serves: 1 )
    • 冷凍香蕉片 frozen bananas 80 g
    • *可可粉 cacao powder 2 tsp
    • *牛奶or杏仁奶 milk or almond milk 1 – 2 tsp
  • PS.
    • *牛奶or杏仁奶是因質地偏乾不好打才適量添加,若是質地夠濃稠,可以不用添加
    • *我推薦使用生可可粉(Cacao powder),較濃郁香醇,若無,用熟可可粉也可以(Cocoa powder) (兩者差別可參考:淺談 熱巧克力 vs. 熱可可)
    • *可可粉的用量可以依個人喜好做調整。此食譜是偏巧克力濃郁的

    • *Milk or almond milk is optional, added only when the consistency is not creamy enough.
    • *Cacao powder is recommend used for better flavor. If you don’t have it at hand, you can use cacao powder instead. (If you want to know the difference between, you could see THIS POST.)
    • *The amount of cacao powder can be adjusted according to personal preference. This recipe is for chocolatey palate.
