【食譜/試作】網路上瘋傳 兩樣食材鬆餅 雞蛋+香蕉 真正的味道是…. 2-Ingredients Banana Pancake (?)

在滿久以前就有看到這在網路上瘋傳、只要兩樣食材的 鬆餅 ,老實說當下看到是覺得真的還滿酷的,但那一陣子有看朋友試,結果在FB上說味道很怪…所以也就讓我卻步一直沒有試。

隔了這麼久,好像已經算退流行,但這時才終於要來試作看看。

I saw this 2-Ingredient Pancake a few weeks ago. Honestly speaking, I thought it was cool and wanna give a try, but then my some of my friends, who have tried, said it tastes weird. So, I back up…

Then, weeks pass,  I wanna try it again even though it seems to be less popular.

兩樣食材指的就是「雞蛋」和「香蕉」,簡單來說就是把兩樣食材混合均勻後,再煎就可以了。

而這次是參考我很喜歡的Dani的食譜,她有提到再多兩樣食材,味道會變比較好,多的那兩樣就是「肉桂粉」「泡打粉」,因為手邊也都有,這次也就都有加了。

The “2” ingredients refer to eggs and bananas. Simply put, you mix the two ingredients and cook it on pan, done.

This time I uses the recipe of Dani Spies, whose videos I love to watch. She mention that it does work based on the 2 ingredients, but it will turn out better if you add another 2 ingredients: cinnamon & baking powder.

Since I have both at hand, it is no reason why not add them in.

So, let’s do it.

兩(四)樣食材做香蕉鬆餅
2(or 4)-Ingredients Banana Pancake

(參考:Dani Spies- Easy Banana Pancakes)

特別器具:
.一個平底鍋 one fry pan

食材 Ingredients (約2人份):熟透的香蕉(淨重) ripe bananas (N.W.) 100g (3.5oz)
雞蛋 egg 1個
泡打粉 1/16 tsp (a tiny pinch) of baking powder 1小撮
肉桂粉 a few dashes of cinnamon powder 少許 PS.
*泡打粉和肉桂粉可不加
*The baking powder and cinnamon are optional

.作法/步驟 Step:
1拷貝
1.將泡打粉和雞蛋放在碗中,攪打均勻

1.Mix baking powder and eggs in a bow.

2拷貝
2.於另一容器中,用叉子將香蕉大略壓成泥
細度取決於個人。如果你喜歡吃的到香蕉塊的口感,
可以壓到還有一點丁塊狀即可。相對不要的話就一點就壓細一點。

2.Roughly mash the bananas in another bow. The required texture really in the palm of your hand.
If you like some distinct banana meats,
let the banana still to be a little chuncky. Vice versa.

3.將香蕉泥和肉桂粉加入打散的雞蛋中,攪打混合均勻

3.Then add the mashed bananas into the egg mixture and mix well.

4.熱平底鍋,鍋中抹一層薄薄的油(我用椰子油)
用湯匙盛舀麵糊(約兩大匙)至平底鍋中煎至邊緣凝固
4.Heat the pan, grease it with a little oil (I use coconut oil).
Spoon the batter (about 2Tbs) on the pan
and cook them until the egdes start to solidify.

5.等邊緣凝固就可以翻面,再煎約30秒即可。

5.When the edges are cooked, flip and cook the other side for about 30 seconds. Done.

煎好後盛盤。可以像這樣堆疊起來,還真像鬆餅!

Place them onto plates. You can stack them like I did. They really look like pancakes.

吃的時候可以搭配一些新鮮水果,手邊還有香蕉就擺上去。另外可以再淋上楓糖漿搭配。

You can add some fresh fruits. I put some sliced bananas on top and drizzle a little maple syrup.

是來品嚐這「香蕉鬆餅」的真實味道的時候了!!

It’s the moment of truth for the 4 (or 2)-ingredients banana pancake!

吃了第一口,馬上讓我皺起眉頭。

這不是鬆餅~這不是鬆餅~這不是鬆餅!! 這明明就是香蕉煎蛋!!

有超級無敵重的香蕉味在,而且沒有那種鬆餅有的膨鬆感。

我喜歡吃香蕉,但是真的不太喜歡這重的香蕉煎蛋味…

After the first bite, I frowned. That is not what I expected the “pancake” should taste. It tastes like banana “pan-egg,” seriously. It’s packed with strong banana flavor and lacks the fluffiness that I assume pancakes should have.

I like eating bananas, but I’m really not a big fan of this banana-y flavor.

它的外表是還滿像鬆餅的,但是現實是…
我真的覺得它是香蕉煎蛋啊~~~~~Orz

It looks like pancakes, but the reality is…..

they are really PAN-EGGs to me.
